We accept corporate governance & secretarial mandates, commercial dispute resolution & arbitration, transaction advisory & M&A due diligence, IP & trademark practice, labour & workplace compliance, and regulatory filings across our 11 practice chambers. Where a matter requires a specialist not within our jurisdictional competence, we decline with a formal referral.
Q2How are engagements and fees structured?
All engagements commence only after a written letter of engagement is countersigned by both the client and our signatory partner. Fee structures are fixed-fee project basis, hourly for time-based billing, or retainer. Fees & retainers are defined at the start and are transparently scoped. No charges without written pre-authorisation documentation.
Q3Is there a consultation fee for an initial strategy session?
For specific matters and prospective engagements, please submit the telegraph form below. The first written preliminary opinion is provided on a case-by-case basis depending on matter complexity; where applicable a prescribed consultation ticket will be communicated in writing prior to any engagement.
